1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Shree Shringar, you agree to these terms, including our Privacy Policy and payment requirements.

2. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Product prices and jewellery specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
• Order confirmation is shared only after payment verification.

3. Payments

• Accepted modes may include UPI, Cards and Cash on Delivery.
• Payments are handled by third-party gateway providers with secure authentication flows.
• In case of failed payments, the amount reversal timeline depends on your issuing bank or payment partner.

4. Return, Replacement & Refund

Returns and replacements are accepted exclusively for items received in damaged condition or differing from the ordered product. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery accompanied by an unedited parcel unboxing video. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts.

5. Liability

Shree Shringar is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment details, temporary gateway downtime, or delays controlled by external banks and service providers.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to any order or transaction shall be governed by the laws of India and, subject to applicable law, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bathinda, Punjab.
